Covid-19 - The End Is Near

With restrictions being lifted we are starting our first opening procedures. We wanted our current and future clients to have an understanding of the new protocols that we are putting in place to maintain the safety of everyone. Our cleaning protocols will be modified slightly to ensure proper sanitation after each client but this will now include extra time between appointments for us to do so. 

 

We will be offering buzz in access only. Our buzzer is #106. Please try to come as close to your appointment time as possible. We are also asking that you arrive alone to your appointments, this also applies to pets.

 

During this time we are offering free curbside pick up and delivery within 20km of our address. We also offer $10 shipping within Greater Vancouver and $15 Canada wide.

 

Our services are impossible to perform without close physical contact. Your service provider will always be wearing their own PPE that will be sanitized or disposed of after each use. In instances that make sense we will ask our clients to wear a face mask. We will be limiting our social interactions so we can ensure our clients are protected. Some studio comforts will be restricted such as blankets and pillows. For lash extension appointments we will be restricting Lash Baths. We ask that you come in with freshly cleansed lashes. If you are in need of makeup remover or cleanser, we have travel sized options available for purchase. Feel free to bring in headphones for your own music or podcasts to listen to as our conversations will be minimized. We will always have our calming music playing just in case you wanted to take a nap.

 

All common surfaces will be sanitized after each client. This will include doorknobs, chairs, rails and walls. 

 

We take great caution in keeping ourselves safe and we ask that you are doing your part to protect us. We ask our clients to monitor themselves for any health changes that pertain to the spread of Covid-19 virus or any other infectious diseases.

 

If you need to reschedule due to Covid-19 or any other flu-like symptoms we will require you to wait a minimum of 14 days prior to rescheduling.
