booking & cancellation policy

Please read our Booking and Cancellation Policy below before booking your appointment!

We recommend all bookings to be done online. The schedule is updated in real time and spots fill up faster than we can reply. You are always welcome to contact us if any issues arise. 

A credit card is required to complete your booking. Your information is securely saved with Payfirma payment systems. If you have not received a confirmation your appointment has not been completed and is not reflected in the schedule. 

We have a new cancellation policy. We require 24 hours for cancellations or changes. Please email, text, call or use the online system to make any changes. No show appointments will be subjected to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment cost. Late cancellations may also be subjected to a 50% charge. Of course we understand that life happens and we will use our discretion when it comes to charging late cancellations. Please be respectful of our time as the time has been reserved for you.
